Willow Oak Crown Reduction

Willow Oak Crown Reduction
on January 2, 2016 in Helpfull Tips, Tree Care Advice

Many of Charlotte’s Willow Oaks have become too big or have overgrown their location, resulting in the loss of their structural integrity. These trees can be reduced in size by a method called crown reduction, where long limbs are shortened, making the tree more compact, forcing more growth back to the interior of the tree. This should be done only by a skilled arborist, as improper trimming can damage your trees.

Consider crown reduction with our trained professionals if you are concerned about your Willow Oaks.
